Lightworker Media today announced its official launch and the founding partnership between entrepreneur and media builder George Foreman III and Texas construction executive and legacy builder Tony Glaze.
Formed as a subsidiary of One Culture Music Group, Lightworker Media is dedicated to investing in emerging artists who carry a mission — artists whose music lifts people up, strengthens the spirit, and brings higher vibration into everyday life.
Lightworker Media was born out of a simple shared belief: music moves people in ways nothing else can, and the industry needs more companies willing to bet on talented artists for their character and ability — not just their follower counts. The company will invest in select, purpose-driven artists and provide resources to amplify their message, reach, and voice, helping ensure the right music reaches as many ears and hearts as possible.
Tony and I connected immediately on what music can do for people. My father was a minister, and I grew up seeing firsthand how faith, message, and meaning can change a room. Over the last few years, I've leaned deeper into the music business, working with and developing artists, and it became clear there's an opportunity to build something different — a company that backs real talent with real intention.
George Foreman III, Co-Founder of Lightworker Media
Tony Glaze brings a builder's mindset shaped by multi-generational excellence in the construction world. He is a descendant of the founder of Chasco Constructors, a Central Texas commercial construction company formed in 1979 that grew from a small shop into a full-service firm serving the region. Lightworker Media reflects that same long-term, standards-driven approach — applied to culture, creativity, and artist development.
I've spent my life around people who build things the right way — through discipline, integrity, and a commitment to quality. I've also always believed music has the power to move and heal people. Lightworker is our commitment to back artists who stand for something, who work, and who can truly connect — so their message can travel farther than the algorithm.

A New Model: Investing in Mission-Led Talent
Lightworker Media's focus is intentionally simple:
- Invest in emerging artists who share Lightworker's mission of lifting people up through music
- Provide resources to amplify each artist's message, reach, and voice
- Build long-term careers rooted in character, craft, and cultural impact
The company's approach emphasizes timeless fundamentals — development, standards, trust, and partnership — bringing back a form of artist support that many believe has been lost in an era dominated by short-term trends and social metrics.
